number of tables in Linux 2.4 Advanced Routing
Hallo. I have a question about the Linux 2.4 Advanced Routing. How many Tables can I define (with a command like ''ip rule add fwmark 1 table mytable-1'') in the Linux 2.4 Advanced Routing? Is that right, that I can only define 255 Tables (minus x for Standart Tables)? When I use a ID bigger than 255 i get the message ''Error: argument "mytable-1" is wrong: invalid table ID''). Is there a way, that I can define more than 255 Tables? (I need it really) Big thanks for your help. Regards, Jens Zerbst
