Steve is correct, Mapstraction currently requires the user include the
mapping library includes they want to use. Though we can change this
for the demo code on the Mapstraction site.
We have been playing some with doing optional automatic include of
mapping libraries when a Mapstraction map is created. This could also
use the v3.8 library.
