LARTC - Jun 2002 - U32 & 2.2.20

Is there a patch to make U32 filters work properly on 2.2.20?  I''ve had
some problems using my U32 filters from 2.4.x on 2.2.x in general, but I
haven''t worked on it much.  I just figured if there was a quick
solution, I''d take it :-).
