LARTC - Jul 2002 - [tcng] filtering based on MAC address

hi there,

Is there a way to classify packets based on the MAC address ...
I will have a cable plant and want to give IP addresses via DHCP (i.e dynamic),
so the IP addresses will not be constant... if not is there other solution to
the problem ?
