LARTC - Mar 2004 - statistics gathering program in c/c++

Hello ..
Exist anywhere program for gathering class statistics (rate,etc ...) for
next processing in compillable form (c,c++) for small embedded
environment without perl  and scripting languages? 

I''m not programmer so I can''t write this program in c.  I
tried to use
perlcc for tcmonitor.pl from docum.org but compillation failed.

I''m also not a programmer :), but maybe you can use the snmp extension
as a
