opus - May 2013 - doubts in testing with opus 1.0.2

hi!

   To proceed testing with opus encoder.  I need to know, what is the
encoding parameters that is used for

    encoding in the Bitconformance vectors testvectorx.dec. please send it
or ref some link
    about this.

Example:

    i found parameters for decoding: -d 48000 2 testvectorx.bit testx.out

it maches size with testvectorx.dec and  I compared using opus_compare

you prob know this already but just in case ... if you execute opusenc you
get all the flags you can send.  you might be able to guess the settings
and get pretty close. then you can vet using firefox.

ie - opusenc --bitrate 16 --comp 10 --downmix-mono input.wav output.opus

Hello!

I have a solution in VS2010 in which I am using Speex 1.0.4.
I would now like to move to Opus.

In the old version I was using the following settings:

#include "speex.h"
"include dir": "..\..\speex-1.0.4\include"
"additional libraries: " "..\..\speex-1.0.4\lib"

Now with Opus it is a little more complicated, there are rather many 
directories the file opus-1.0.1-rc3, and I am not sure which ones I 
should choose.

Could anybody perhaps lend a helping hand??
