Rails core - Dec 2011 - API and guides documenting an older version

Hi,

I just noticed that api.rubyonrails.org and guides.rubyonrails.org are on
version 3.1.2 of rails instead of 3.1.3.

Anyone in a position to update it?

There''s an issue with sdoc that halts automatic publication.
