Rails core - Mar 2011 - DeprecatedBlockHelpers removed intentionally?

DeprecatedBlockHelpers are autoloaded in ActionView::Helper, but the file
itself was removed in https://github.com/rails/rails/commit/9de8305

I''m not sure which side of this inconsistency is the bug?

Err, sorry - I didn''t check HEAD before posting :)  This has been fixed
