Rails core - Dec 2008 - Updated NestedAttributes patch (was NestedParams) and AttributeDecorator

Hi listees,

Now that the 2.2 craze is gone, I thought I''d update my patches for  
the current codebase.
Otherwise you guys have nothing to do… ;-)

The first patch is our take on a composed_of replacement:
