But why did it fail on ActiveRecord tests? Could it be related? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Core" group. Could it be related?all the mysql tests pass for me here on 1.8.4 / mac OSX, I''m using the C mysql libraries though. The error doesn''t make a whole lot of sense to me.... I''m tempted to blame gremlins in the thoughtworks offices :). -- Cheers Koz --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Core" group. Watch this: 1. svn stat on the entire rails directory shows no local changes. 2. ruby -c activerecord/lib/active_record/vendor/mysql.rb, shows syntax errors. 3. Delete the file and do svn revert - no errors anymore. Sadly, I didn''t think about saving a copy of the mysql.rb to see what exactly the difference was, but it''s clear that the local copy was different, and svn stat did not notice. How did that difference occur is another question entirely. Anyway, the build is fixed. In other news, I finally got the big juicy box for cruisecontrol.rb, and will be moving this rig from Mac Mini to it soon. Then we shall see what Intel/RedHat gremlins can do. :) -- Alex Verkhovsky --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Core" group.
