Hello all,
I''m using the prototype.js in my application and i have an error:
Error: element has no properties
Source File: http://www/application/js/prototype.js
Line: 3844
function getEventID(element) {
if (element._eventID) return element._eventID;
arguments.callee.id = arguments.callee.id || 1;
return element._eventID = ++arguments.callee.id;
}
Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?
P.S.:Sorry for my poor english ok?!

You''re obviously setting an observer on an element before it exists in
the DOM.
Make sure you use document.observe(''dom:loaded'', callback) to
access
elements in the DOM from a file contained in the header.
Best,
Tobie
