Rails spinoffs - Oct 2007 - Hourglass while dragging/sliding in IE??

Hello everyone,
   I was wondering if any of you have come across an hourglass cursor
constantly flickering while dragging. Seems to be an IE only problem.
I''ve tried using v 1.8 and 1.7.1 beta 3. Anyone else seeing/seen
this??
