Rails spinoffs - Oct 2007 - Droppables with scrollable div

I note that there is a problem when dragging elements into droppables
which are contained within a scrollable region (overflow:auto).
Everything is fine until the region starts to scroll.

Previous posts indicate that this problem can be resolved by changing
the includeScrollOffsets setting in Prototype.js 1.5 to "true".

This seems to work but I do notice a slight performance degradation. I
am running FF 2.

Is this still the best solution?
