Hey,

First, know that the online doc is *way* out of date. Thomas is
dreaming about launching a doc effort akin to what went on last Xmas
around Prototype, but that''s still only wishful thinking...
Second, know that my upcoming book at Pragmatic Programmers, "Prototype
and script.aculo.us," will be available as Beta very soon. The first
Beta will only include the Prototype part, but the second one, a couple
weeks later, will include the Scripty part as well. It''s comprehensive
and very up-to-date :-)
So with a bit of patience, you''ll probably find what you''re
looking for :-)
