Shorewall users - Mar 2006 - Multi-isp masq file

Tom,
I''m not clear on multi-isp masq configuration, can you please confirm 
this is the correct format for the masq file where
eth0   207.42.133.146 - net1
eth1   69.57.237.118   -   net2
eth3   LAN

/etc/shorewall/masq:

eth0                    69.57.237.118   207.42.133.146
eth1                    207.42.133.146  69.57.237.118  
eth0                    eth3
eth1                    eth3
