Unless you understand the structure of a Shorewall-generated ruleset,
the answer will be meaningless. And if you understand the structure of a
Shorewall-generated ruleset, you already know the answer.
Nevertheless, the iptables command generated by that rule will be:
iptables -A loc2net -s 192.168.0.56 -j ACCEPT
