I left this list quite a while ago but for some reason have suddenly started receiving emails from it again. I can no longer remember the password I used for this list (having unsubscribed many months ago). Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe without knowing my password? Everyone''s individual preferences can''t be preserved. -- Paul <http://paulgear.webhop.net> -- Did you know? Most email-borne viruses use a false sender address, so you cannot track down the sender using that address. Instead, keep your virus scanning software up-to-date and just delete any suspicious emails you receive.

I''m receiving individual emails too. Supposed to be in a daily batch. It started when the mailing list was transferred to sourceforge.net. I tried to change my preference to no avail. I hope somebody will take a look into this. nl1cat wrote:> I''m still recieving emails. > And now i cant get to my account to? > No one else havin these problems?Have you asked for your password to be mailed to you from here? https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/shorewall-users -- Paul <http://paulgear.webhop.net> -- Did you know? Email viruses spread using addresses they find on the host computer. You can help to reduce the spread of these viruses by using Bcc: instead of To: on mass mailings, or using mailing list software such as mailman (http://www.list.org/) instead.
Well the url for the account has changed. Funny though because i checked my account when i started to recieve email from the list and all was well set there but it was the old url.... Changed it to https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/options/shorewall-users/Youraccount and voila there it was.. only the passw was changed to ,so i asked for it.
