Xen devel - Feb 2013 - What happened to hvm_emulate_one_no_write()?

Hello,

I see that hvm_emulate_one_no_write() no longer exists in Xen 4.2 (it 
was there in 4.1). Why has it been removed, and is there another way to 
achieve what it did with the more recent Xen versions?
