Xen devel - May 2012 - [xenconsoled] Add syslog (v2)

Changes in v2:
  - Create a new function to clear \r\n and write to syslog
  - Remove tmp buffer

Introduce a new option (-s/--syslog) to make xenconsoled log into syslog.
The default behaviour remains the same (log into plain files)
