Puppet users - Dec 2012 - Puppetlabs nginx module

Looking through the puppet labs nginx module and I noticed on of the first lines
is:

class { ''stdlib'': }

Isn''t this pretty bad because other module that may include stdlib
would cause an error? Thanks
