Not explicitly. The forge primarily uses simple tags as metadata.
For what it''s worth, any module that uses class parameters will
automatically work with hiera in Puppet 3.x.
We won''t be releasing 3.0 for awhile, but it would be great to get your
feedback on the 3.x branch on Github.
