Redhat secure server - Aug 2001 - apache configuration is not on the Gnome Desktop

Installed Redhat version 7, and selected the Apache Program options.  I
can see the apache directory via the X-Terminal Window, but I CAN''T see
it via the GNOME Desktop to Configure it.  How can I activate Apache to
configure it via the Desktop?
