If that's an actual host, yes. You refer to NTP time sources via domain
name or IP address.
If you or someone else is running a NTP server on that host, then yes.
But most importantly make sure you're using NTP servers that you have
permission to utilize or ones that are open to the public (including public
NTP pools).
