Vorbis dev - Mar 2007 - error in SHELF FILTERS for Ambisonic Decoders

Gentlemen,

There is an obvious typo in the 7feb07 edition of

SHELF FILTERS for Ambisonic Decoders

The expression for RB in Eqn 4.4  Aaron Rationalised Rectangular Decoder

has an incorrect sign.

I have uploaded a corrected version.

I apologise for this error in this important document.  Especially as its the
only clear (??) and correct statement of the full horizontal Ambisonic decoding
equations in the known universe.[*]  Mea maxima culpa
