Vorbis dev - Jul 2005 - ogg ACM codec

We (Image-Line / FL Studio) are looking for someone to develop an ogg-based
Windows ACM codec (which would need to work perfectly and be bug-free). If

It is not possible to create a correct ACM codec for VBR encoding/decoding.
