Vorbis dev - Nov 2002 - MDCT-Window still wrong

In vorbis-spec-intro.html, the MDCT-Window is still wrong.

Should be sin(1/2*pi*sin^2((x+0.5)/n*pi))
for 0 <= x < n

Sorry to post a bit of a lame question but does anyone know what the 
functions vorbis_fpu_setround, vorbis_fpu_restore and vorbis_ftoi would 
be in C (aka not in assembly).
