Hello vorbis, My non-ogg_page vorbis is completely wrapped in C# .NET with 140 lines of C# and a little bit more of C. It just does the raw ogg_packets, but it works awesome. This is mainly meant for network operations where the user drops in mid conversation to someone else broadcasting. 184,000 input (44100,1 channel) 12,000 output. TY for a wonderful project.
