Vorbis - Nov 2004 - source code for Ogg Vorbis Encoder and Decoder

Sir/Madam,
           Could anyone help me in getting the complete source files
of Ogg Vorbis encoder and Decoder for making project in VC++(6.0)?
I made the project from  the files taken from the site
http://www.vorbis.com/download_win_1.0.1.psp. Some files are missing
for encoder and decoder.
