This is beta 2 of vorbis software. Beta TWO, not ONE.
Since aug-1(??)-2000 the beta 1 downloads are removed and
replaced with beta 2. Beta 2 has the following new features
over beta 1 :
- XXX
- YYY
- ZZZ
etc...
