The new version of GoldWave uploaded today supports Ogg Vorbis files. You can download a copy here: http://www.goldwave.com You'll need to get the calogg00.zip file as well. For those not familiar with GoldWave, it is a shareware Windows audio editor. It has a batch conversion feature that can convert a set of files to Vorbis format. The CD audio extraction tool can save CD audio directly to a Vorbis file.
