theora - Mar 2010 - Ogg Theora Video Player

We are looking for Ogg Theora video player using SDL and OpenAL (sound). We
need to use OpenAL for 3D sound.
Please give us some pointers. Infact we can even pay for someone who will be
able to develop such a player. We also require playing buffered network
streams.
