I discover this website http://www.mux.am , that lets you to put an url of 
movie file and this website convert the file to other formats , including 
Ogg Theora.

When the file is converted they send you an email with the URL to download 
the file.

Also , if you want to take control of the converter and set advanced setting 
for it , you can try the power mux : http://www.mux.am/power.jsp

Nice idea but I tried with two videos and no result.
The first one was a WMV video and a the second one a DivX file (both 
around 2MB).

I only have a:
error: The source video format is not supported.

I can't get this site to work at all.  Every time I try I get an Apache 
Tomcat exception and error report.  It's as if there is a bug in the 
server-side code and the process stops there.

It's a nice idea, but apparently this implementation needs more testing.
