HDT - Dec 2009 - Maintenance on hdt-project.org completed

Upgrade of hdt-project.org was successful.

Trac was updated to 0.11.6. Changelog available at:
http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/tags/trac-0.11.6/RELEASE. It looks like we
were hitting http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3446. This is supposed to be
fixed.

Jetrii, despite his finals, managed to find some time to design a custom
layout. Many thanks to him!

Will monitor logs during the next hour. Let me know if you have any issue.
