Please unblock package qt4-x11

Hi RT! The most important thing in this request is to allow the fix of RC bug
#685132 to enter testing. It is the removal of two RFCs files that were
included in the source code, and they account for exactly 90% of the debdiff
attached, so don''t be scared by it''s size ;)

Befor continuing, please take into account that the debdiff includes two
changelogs, as we added
Fix-JIT-crash-on-x86-64-avoid-32-bit-branch-offset-o.patch
in an attempt to fix some crashes, but it turned out to be more problematic,
so we later did another upload to remove it.

Also in the important changes is using xz for all the packaging. This has been
done by request of the people who are preparing the installation CDs, as Qt is
included in CD 1.

We added a small patch from upstream,
Fix-cursor-truncate-to-include-line-position.patch,
needed for calligra and katepart (and so many other apps).

Other bulky change in the debdiff are symbols updates for some archs, which
should be totally safe, as they are just updates of the same version already
in testing.

Finally this upload should solve the mess done by the binNMU for multiarch
users in testing.
