netflow tools - Nov 2011 - What is criteria of next release?

I committed some patches for softflowd to google code:
 - periodic sampling function
 - chrootdir option in configure
 - debian patches (maintained by Christoph Biedl)

Do you have any criteria to release next version?
If you don''t have any criteria, could you release next version

these patches?

Sounds like a good idea. I''ll try to take a look this week and make a
