Dear Lustre Community,

As discussed during the OpenSFS meeting held in New Orleans during SC10, we
are holding our first Lustre Community telecon tomorrow.  I think everyone
is playing catch-up after SC10 and this is Thanksgiving Holiday weekend so
we are proposing a very short meeting for a Lustre Community/OpenSFS touch
base.

 Teleconferences (every 2 weeks, is this needed?)
Participation in working groups (for members and those in the process of
joining)
Annual OpenSFS meeting (members and non-members?)

Galen Shipman - OpenSFS working group model
- Discuss working group engagement model
The key to all of our work is total transparency regardless of
member/non-member
Open working group mailing lists (read/write for members, read for entire
community)


Pam Hamilton - Support working group - Open bug tracking and reporting


Keith Miller - Release planning working group - Open releases/distro, access
to our release roadmap, testing schedule and results, inter-operability
matrix, etc.


John Carrier - Technical working group - Open access to our git repo,
development roadmap, and milestones, community development
