My name is Vineet Ghatge H .I am Final year engineering student, working on
lustre architecture

Could someone pls tell me:

1) Any documents or links that might help understand lustre concept?
2) Is there any file consistency check algorithm implemented in lustre?

There is wiki.lustre.org as well as the operations manual.

lfsck corrects any inconsistencies between the MDT and OSTs.
