[Lustre-discuss] Setting atime_diff persistently across MDS remounts
Hi All, Just to confirm... ?The following command will set /proc/fs/lustre/mds/xxx/atime_diff persistently (to 86400s)? tunefs.lustre --param mdt.atime_diff=86400 /dev/xxxx At least with --dryrun, tunefs.lustre gives no feedback about whether the parameter you are setting is a valid one. ?Hence the post to the list! Cheers, Tim

Instead you can permanently change this while the system is mounted: lctl conf_param lustre-MDT0000.mdt.atime_diff=86400 Cheers, Andreas -- Andreas Dilger Sr. Staff Engineer, Lustre Group Sun Microsystems of Canada, Inc.
