Lustre discuss - May 2008 - Mode of Licensing of Lustre releases

What is the mode of license/support of the latest available version of
lustre.
Can I say that the latest version of lustre is proprietory and does not come
under GPL

License is GPL.  Support is either on a DIY basis (as is any FOSS
software you use) or you can buy expert support by full-time Lustre
engineers from Sun.
