Lustre discuss - Jul 2007 - missing liblustreapi.h in e2fsprogs-cfs8

I guess the quilt patches are not properly applied, at least there''s
presently
no liblustreapi.h within the entire tree.

Ah, lustre/liblustreapi.h is supposed to be installed from lustre-dev, forgot 
to install that packages.
