Dear All, I am trying to mount lustre 1.6.1 using 1.4.x client, l am unable to mount it and i didn''t find any confirmation that it''s support, so is it possible to mount lustre server 1.6.1 using client version 1.4.X, if yes how? Thanks H. N. Harake

For systems that were installed initially with 1.6 this is not possible. Cheers, Andreas -- Andreas Dilger Principal Software Engineer Cluster File Systems, Inc.
Thanks Andreas, What about mounting mounting lustre 1.4.X using client 1.6,X? If that is possible do we have any performance penalty? Thanks and best regards H.N.
