tmplay v1.03 is a static compiled executable for FreeBSD-current,
which can play VideoCD 1.1, CDI, and MPEG System Streams on
OmniMedia Talisman MPEG decoder cards.
If you are using v1.02 you should definitely upgrade.
tmplay v1.03 is available from

This version add special effects, such as slow, step, scan, pause, etc.
