Patch changes lconf to permit activation of a group of OSTs if the group flag is
passed.    For example:

lconf --group OSS22 config.xml

would activate all of the OSTs defined in the group OSS22.  This functionality
makes Linux HA easier to configure because you can map OST groups rather than
individual OSTs.
