I encourage us to take up testing discussions via -discuss, if there are no strong objections from other list members. Peter

Than we can use each list as support to and not post everything to both lists like this posting. Now I get all stuff double :( Lennard -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFESRNmB3IFhTJpAVkRAt+iAKCtjFxYcW9U7SN9XX36rogQDhvJawCggZ93 S5uwHYrWUmHkW4ec1o3fMDk=JRDB -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Hi Evan, The lustre-devel list will indeed be for development discussions. Not everything CFS does will be discussed here, but our aim is to discuss significantly more than we did a few years ago. At the LUG we bounced around ideas to get a community development effort off the ground, in particular there will be an internals course this summer and we will float a handful of projects quite soon. Coordinating testing is another important issue where we could build a really great community effort. So lustre-discuss is for using lustre lustre-devel is for design discussions - Peter -
