Although we are completely committed to releasing Lustre under the GNU
GPL, we would like to make our releases on a controlled schedule,
instead of every time someone types "cvs commit". For this reason, we
commit our releases to a public cvs repository at the same time as they
are posted on the web site.
I know that some people would like to have up-to-the-minute cvs access,
but I hope that our plan for frequent releases of bug fixes and new
features will be an OK compromise.
Thanks--
