freebsd announce - Feb 2000 - Mail services continue to be sporadic at freebsd.org.

Just an update to note that our postmaster is still on the road and
the replacement hardware is somewhere in the ordering and shipping
process, so it will be at least another week until things return to
normal.  Sorry for the outtage.
