Ovirt devel - Mar 2009 - [PATCH server] Enable apic and acpi in VMs

This patch enables acpi and apic as they should normally be enabled.
Fixes booting Windows.

Tested on an installed server -- with the patch win2k3 VMs will
install correctly. ACK.
