Ovirt devel - Nov 2008 - [PATCH appliance] Build appliance w/o docs

This cuts the appliance images down by a few hundred MB.  Compressed
w/ bz2 the appliance is approx 340MB.

This worked for me on F10 build, but I'd like a few others to test
before I commit.x
