[Ovirt-devel] Please test updated libvirt packages!
All, I've built some libvirt packages with the updated iSCSI handling code that I've been working on. This seems to fix all of the outstanding bugs that I know about, but I haven't yet tried it in an oVirt context. In particular, I believe they solve the "have to refresh the iSCSI pool to see LUNs" bug, but I haven't yet proven that. I'm going to be testing these out myself today and tomorrow, but if you have time please download the packages from here: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=663583 And give them a whirl (on both the WUI appliance and the managed node build, but most especially for the managed node). If you find problems, please report them to me either on this list or on the libvirt list. Assuming these work without too many issues, we would like to try to sneak this into the 0.9 release. Thanks! Chris Lalancette

There is a bug in 0.4.3 that is causing things going through the ruby bindings to fail. I'm going to try to massage my patches onto 0.4.2, but that will take a little time. I'll send another email when that is done. Chris Lalancette
