Masterview devel - Feb 2007 - Are we in a good place to do a MasterView release?

Jeff - ok by me, I think, the rework of the admin config hooks was my main thing
for now.  Documenting my other addition of add-plugin-path-directives can wait
for a point update.

and in any case I''m hosed for the day, so I can''t do anything
right now - in SF for meetings all day and last night the latest batch of
windows security patches hosed something in the system drivers so my machine
doesn''t boot at all, I''m completely trashed until I can
(hopefully!!) get some help salvaging the system config in the morning. 
I''m borrowing a colleague''s web browser right now for
emergency mail checking
